Since 2020, a commission chaired by Gilles Vermot-Desroches, Director of Corporate Citizenship at Schneider Electric, has brought together nearly forty major companies that are members of EpE to discuss the links between digital and the environment. Executives and experts from the Sustainable Development and Information Systems Departments shared the best practices of their companies and analyzed the conditions for reducing the environmental footprint of digital technology ("Green IT" component) while taking advantage of it to accelerate their ecological transition as well as that of society ("IT for Green" component).
